To complement the architectural narrative, the project’s street furniture was designed to pay tribute to the areas industrial roots, while offering modern utility and durability. A range of bespoke benches, seats and picnic tables feature substantial natural timber elements paired with steel frames, in both powder coated and natural weathered aesthetic. These materials were specifically selected to weather gracefully over time, echoing the textures of the surrounding historic infrastructure.

Strategically positioned throughout the site, these pieces serve as essential connection points within the new urban quarter. By bridging the gap between sleek, private living spaces and the vibrant public realm, the furniture provides residents and visitors with inviting places to gather. The design ensures that the external environment is as thoughtfully considered as the interior, ultimately enhancing the site’s atmosphere of sophisticated, sustainable, and well-managed city living.
