Wicklow County Council initiated the redevelopment of Main Street in Arklow to counter the recent trend of commercial activity shifting to ‘out-of-centre sites’. Recognising the critical role a vibrant town centre plays in assessing the overall health of an area, the council partnered with Omos, and subsequently Amop, to provide furniture aimed at enhancing the town centre’s appeal and functionality.
